Our team at Pulang is excited to welcome you to our first project where we try to invite you in to our rooms and out to the city. Centered around wellness , we work to push the ideal of “service” in Serviced Residence, this goes from having your own favourite brew to assisting you in your planning of exploring this special region. What is your check-in/ check-out policy?
Check-in time at 02 PM and check-out time at 12 PM (noon). An early check-in or late check out is subject to availability and will be chargeable by the hour. If you’d like a late check-out, just let us know to arrange the possibility.

If you arrive early and your room isn’t ready yet, we’d be happy to hold your luggage while you explore the premises, or take a stroll around town. Our friendly concierges are happy to assist you with recommendations of places across town.

Do you require credit card deposit?
Upon check-in, we’ll place a hold on your credit card and charge Rp 250.000,- for incidentals. You know, for things like toddlers breaking stuff or taking the pillows home with you. This deposit will be applied to any charges during your stay, or refunded at check-out if there are none.

What document is required upon check-in?
Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in.

Can I smoke in my room?
All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the room we must charge a Rp 1.000.000,- smoking penalty to your card, plus taxes.

What is your cancellation policy?
All reservations will be charged to the card provided between the time of booking and day of arrival — these can be changed or canceled up to 03 PM the day prior to arrival. No-shows, cancellations or changes made after this time will result in a charge for the first night’s stay to the card provided.

What if I need to check-out earlier than planned?
Guests must give 24 hours prior notice if the room is to be vacated earlier than the date originally intended to avoid the early departure fee. Notice made after this time will result in a charge for one night to the card provided.

Can I have a photoshoot at Pulang ke Uttara?
You might, please write to us about the purpose and intention of your photoshoot at lola@pulangkeuttara.com. The use of our premise (grounds and room) for commercial purposes without prior approval by Pulang ke Uttara team is not allowed. Non-collaborative photoshoot is available upon request.

Can I use the function room and the roof-top area for an event?
Yes, you can. Please contact our concierge downstairs or via email hello@pulangkeuttara.com  and someone will get back to you shortly.

Can I bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed.

Is parking available for personal vehicles?
Yes. Parking is available on our first and ground floor.
